About 10,500 children in the US will be diagnosed with cancer by the end of 2021 and many more will come across other life-threatening and terminal illnesses.
When one of our little ones falls ill, we worry and feel hopeless. Now, imagine how difficult and world-shattering it can be for families when they are faced with a tough medical diagnosis of their small ones. We don’t believe any parent can ever be ready for such an event and that’s why we have decided to raise support for the efforts of The For a Day Foundation.
The For a Day Foundation works to create fun experiences in hospitals for children undergoing treatment and/or who have been admitted and are recovering. They have volunteers who dress up as princesses or superheroes, they play games together, do crafts, and sing! Hospitals can be such a scary place for kids and putting a smile on their faces can give them and their families an extra boost!
